- The directions for this property are to go 5 miles north of Broken Bow on 259, and you'll see Janet’s Treasure chest on the left and the House of Burgers and Blues on the right. At the road by House of Burgers and Blues, you will turn right and pass some RVs on the right and then three cabins on the right. Make a left on Neeson Wood Circle, go over the little hill and 'Bella Vita' is straight in front of you (there is a black trash can on the left of the driveway. The house has a circle driveway)
- The property is called 'Bella Vita'

- A physical key is located inside a lockbox if you accidentally lock the bottom lock. The code is 160*
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
