70th b-day & family reunion
5/5 The house was great and all the amenities worked great. We had a great time while there. The children especially enjoyed the swings & slide. We all enjoyed the
Large table & chairs outside on covered porch. I would recommend here for anyone. We were in the master bedroom & it was very comfortable & roomy withe tub & shower.

2/5 The property seemed to be neglected. There’s no fence and backyard is not well kept.

-The neighboring property has installed a chain-link fence that does not comply with our HOA guidelines. We are addressing this issue, and the fence will be removed to meet regulatory standards.
-The yard maintenance was delayed due to three days of continuous rain, coinciding with your stay. Unfortunately, the weather conditions hindered our ability to mow the lawn as scheduled.
We strive to ensure that every guest enjoys the best possible stay, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests at this property, as evidenced by our other reviews.2nd time here

Clean, Easy, Fun
5/5 We had a great time in Broken Bow for our first vacation there. The cabin was very clean, easy to find, and easy to use. There were 5 of us (kids aged 2,5,7) and we had no issues. The hot tub outside was very clean and easy to use. There was a playscape in the backyard that was good for the little ones. They had anything you needed in the kitchen, and there were plenty of games around the house. Lastly, the host was extremely responsive.
