5/5 We had a group of 8 and 4 stayed in this house. It was clean, organized, affordable, and very cozy. We were close to Shangri-La and several restaurants as well. It's a great place and I would definitely stay here again.

3/5 The house it self was great. Had a issue with garbage that must of been left in garge for weeks. The smell was horrible even in the house and maggot in the garbage and garge from it. Took a few days to get someone over to hose the garge down. Had to leave the grage door opened the whole time of the stary. If that hadn't happened the place is great. Nice area to stay.

Hi Charlotte, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We take incidents like this seriously and aim to correct any problems as soon as possible. We offered to refund any unused nights if you preferred to find another place to stay, but we understand that you declined this offer
- Upon receiving your complaint about the garbage, we immediately requested photos to address the issue accurately. While we only received a photo of a maggot, our housekeeper was sent over to assess the situation
- When our housekeeper arrived, the trash bin had been placed outside for the scheduled pickup, and the garage had been swept and was airing out. He reported that the smell was not severe at that time
- Our handyman has since washed out the garage and bin after the trash was collected
- We have met with our housekeeping service to stress the importance of setting out the trash weekly for pickup, and will be storing the bins outside the garage during the hot summer months to prevent future issues
