5/5 Duplex was roomy enough for our group of 5 adults and could sleep several more. There were 2 twin beds along with a king bed in one bedroom that would work well for a family. It was a quiet gated community with large pool Kitchen had everything we needed. Checkin was electronic and checkout list was pretty basic. We really enjoyed our stay.
