Family reunion
4/5 The outside of property was dirty( cobwebs, etc) and dated. Inside though, it was just as advertised. Remodeled and comfortable.

Convenient location. Spacious home.
4/5 Overall nice home. Management group should do a better job for the owner. Grass was tall. Dishes had been put away wet. Had to rewash our cups. 2 drawers were filled with randomness of junk.
If you require a fan to sleep, being your own.
House is really convenient to everything we needed to do. It has lots of extras to make things easy.
Overall, would recommend the property though.

Hi Jamie, we shared your review with the homeowner, who would like to offer the following response:
-Weather conditions may occasionally affect the frequency of lawn mowing, and unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
-Almost every room has an overhead fan, and all but two of the bedrooms have them. Additionally, the property is equipped with central air conditioning and portable fans in each room that can also function as heaters.
-Regarding the dishes, we have instructed our staff to be more diligent in their inspections. The kitchen drawers are stocked with utensils, and others contain manuals, light bulbs, and batteries for the home.

5/5 It was accommodating in every way. The beds were nice. The living room spacious so we could all meet at the end of the day and visit before turning into bed. The kitchen was stocked with appropriate utensils, pans, and dish ware. We appreciated the availability ,size, and supplies of the laundry room. Property Manager was clear and precise on how to enter the house and manage the alarm system.
