4/5 This stay was good. The house is good and the neighborhood is quaint. The home is close to University of Dayton and it is down the street from Miami Valley hospital. The home is close to restaurants in fact there is a Biggy coffee shop within waking distance. The fenced yard provided a good space to let the dog go out without being on a leash. The one issue we had was with the TV and only having Roku and no access to local channels, not a big issue in the major scheme of things.

4/5 Perfect for our family of 3 and our 2 dogs. Were in town for a Baseball Tournament and we will be back
