4/5 We loved the neighborhood and took a self guided tour of it from historical Dayton I foundon line. We left a copy of the tour in front of welcome notebook.House was clean and had everything we needed to host my siblings for a dinner. We were sorry it was not warm enough to sit outside on the patio. Our one complaint is we wanted to watch the World Series game and the TV was not programmed for guests unless you remembered passwords and had certain channels at home. Parking was not a problem We saw it was for sale and we would have booked again if it was available next year. Also cleaning fee too high!

Lovely retreat

Great yard
5/5 This property is great. I enjoyed the back yard very much. It is really a special and a great place to relax. They ivy covered walls are a mesting place for birds. The birds come in to roost at dusk is cool to see. A noisey event for about 30 min. And then silence. I stsyed here for 10 days and loved it. The decor is really put together nicely. Eack room is really put together with a lot of thought. This location makes it easy to walk the dowtown area. Its a mile walk to 5th St for entertainment and dinner.
