5/5 We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home had plenty of space and TVs in every room! It is located kind of close to a sketchy area of Dayton, but we did not feel unsafe. Lance was very responsive to any issues, and check-in was easy. Only suggestion would be to maybe upgrade the grill since it's
specifically referenced in the listing. We took advantage of pets being permitted with a fee and use of the back e
