    Clean home, accurate description, okay location, felt somewhat safe neighborhood, deck was moldy smelling, no washer/dryer/, older home-very creaky floors. Horrible or complete lack of communication from host and place was pricey.

    The place was super cute. One bathroom upstairs so just be aware of that but we had a great time. The hot tub was lovely too.

    Very clean house, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. It was very close to Xavier so the location was perfect for us. Would definitely consider staying again.
