Well……
1/5 So first off the second we got there. My husband sat at the foot of the bed and it snapped me and him and our 2 kids had to sleep in the living room. Just gonna throw this out there. That was the first time I’ve seen my husband sense December 2023, we picked this place so we could easy hear the kids below but the whole trip was just ruined. Not to mention the main bathroom (that we were stuck next to for 4 days) smelled so bad

- We regret that the broken bed affected your reunion with your husband and wish we had been informed right away so we could have resolved it promptly. Unfortunately, we didn’t hear about any problems until after your stay had ended, and when we inspected the property, we found additional damage that wasn’t there before your check-in. We take great pride in caring for our property and are saddened when guests willfully damage or disrespect it. We’re already in the process of fixing and replacing the damaged items where needed.
- Regarding the bathroom odor, we couldn’t detect any issues, and it hasn't been mentioned by any guests before or since your stay, but we will continue to monitor it to ensure there isn't a problem.

Weekend Trip
5/5 The loft was perfect, a great space and it was a good neighborhood that’s walkable to all of University of Cincinnati’s amenities (food, entertainment). It was clean and exactly what I needed this quick weekend!

UC Football Weekend
4/5 Nice place - as advertised! As per other reviews, this is very near UC and parking is quite tight. We were lucky to find a parking spot on the street when we checked in, but did not move our vehicle all weekend for fear we would not find another spot in close proximity. Only other negative I would mention is that there was a live band at a residence/party located right behind us on the second night of our stay that was very loud and played very late into the night. Other than that, it was great location, very clean and neat place to stay near our UC senior.
