Wonderful Weekend in Cincy
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay in OTR. We are local to Northern Kentucky, but wanted to spend a weekend in Cincinnati. The location was exactly what we were looking for, and the apartment is the perfect size for a short stay for two adults and our small dog. We would definitely recommend this listing to someone looking for a place conveniently located near all action in Over-the-Rhine.

5/5 Enjoyed our stay with easy access to all the local areas. Convenient parking and quick entry into the building. Property was exactly as advertised. It is a downtown location with normal city sounds. Will definitely be back.

Great experience
5/5 This is a studio apartment. It is very compact, but comfortable for two people and a dog (ours is a smaller dog). The apartment is well equipped with most things you would need. Easy walking to most things or right on the free trolley line. There are restaurants/bars on both ends of the block, expect normal noises from those areas. Additionally, this is a downtown apartment and city noise is normal. There is a park 1/2 block away with a dog park and children's area. The apartment is exactly as advertised. Parking is in close proximity and had no issues with security.
Great unit and location. Park at your own risk
3/5 This loft apartment was perfect for our long weekend in town. It has all the amenities you could need, the Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable and the free streetcar (Connector) was half a block away; it goes from uptown to downtown and through the quaint sections of town.
Street noise was not bad other than the 4 am garbage truck picking up right outside the building on Saturday.
Parking for this unit is around the block, but an easy walk. My car was vandalized while parked there but as the owner responded “this could happen with on street parking” as well.
