Wonderful and Cozy
5/5 We spent two nights with two families and had a wonderful time. The place was clean and as expected a nice cozy home with a warm fireplace and easy access to skiing. We stayed a various places in Northeast and the cabin fits our needs with a warm relax feel.

5/5 Sadly, a bit disappointed
2/5 All in all, interior photos are accurate. Exterior seemed to be having work done as there were ladders on top of roof ... maybe paint being scraped off the building. No exterior lighting to see from parking to door front. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels.
Kitchen had plenty of plates. Comparatively, there were far fewer glasses for drinking. Some additional pots and pans would be good for family dinners. We found 2 pans and one pot. TONS of bakeware!
Our stay was for 3 nights While we kept our food secure... after the 2nd night, I noticed mouse droppings in the kitchen and an upstairs bedroom. Additionally, there is a wasp nest in the box that stores cushions for patio furniture. Since it was our last night, we chose to have our last night and contact the property manager after we were gone. I emailed them after our return and thought we'd hear "thank you for letting me know" or "we'll take care of it". It has been a week and we have heard nothing.

-We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the painting of the units while you were staying with us.
-Given our location in the Catskill Mountains, occasional encounters with mice can unfortunately occur, especially if doors are left ajar. However, rest assured, we have established ongoing pest control measures to effectively manage and safeguard the home from such occurrences.
-We're actively working on finding a resolution to the issue of wasps building nests in our patio cushion storage box.
