Great for a short stay
4/5 Overall great for a short ski trip weekend. The kitchen was a little lacking, and the water smells really bad of sulfer... but we had bottled water to drink so it wasn't bad. Great location if skiing at Windham, and only a 10min drive to Hunter!

Getaway in the mountains...AHHH!!
3/5 The property is all new and freshly done so why was the bed in the master bedroom broken. The mattress was lower at the head of the bed and kept on creaking.Aside from the sleeping issue, the views are beautiful, the air is delicious and there is lots to do just minutes away!Also the cleaning staff should learn how to clean deeply, not just superficial cleaning (the outside of the kitchen garbage can was spotless, but look under the cover - filthy)We made the best of it and had a great time!

- They do a final check/walkthrough of the property before each new guest
- The bed was fine during the inspection, but it came out of the frame during your stay
- They apologize for the inconvenience and had someone come and put the mattress back in the frame after you reached out
- They wish that you had let them know about the cleanliness concerns as well
- They would have had their cleaning staff come right away to make things right, and they'll make sure that they don't miss the inside of the garbage can moving forward
