Comfortable, beautiful location
5/5 We had a great week even though the weather was bad. The view from the deck is great, the bedroom is comfortable, the kitchen is good and equipped, and you are less than 10 minutes from the center of Windham. The Italian market on Main Street is great, and you’re close to Phoenicia and Hunter. Would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful getaway
4/5 Unit was tidy and spacious. Loved the deck, beautiful views! Very quiet area but close to downtown Windham and easily accessible. Water heater needs some maintenance but overall a great stay.

Nice facilities
5/5 We had a wonderful stay. The supplies of coffee and tea bags served our needs opulently.
The place was neat and clean. Only problem was the smelly tap water - nothing can be done about it - for it is the type of well water we get there at Windham, NY. Even in restaurant in Downtown Windham we faced the same problem, we had to buy the bottle waters. Future visitors to this neat place may choose to bring their own bottle water. There was a Brita Water Filter which we did not use. The owner were extremely helpful.
The only handicap was that the photographs made the place look a lot bigger than what it is. We'll definitely revisit the place should the opportunities arise.
