  We really appreciate that we were allowed to come in a little early and stay a little late so our grandchildren could get their naps in. The place was well equiped for toddlers with a pack and go crib, sippy cups and even bibs. (Though strangely there were also breakable items on low shelves.)

  Also on the plus side the place was within a half mile of the convention center which is where we were headed to dance.

  On the negative side the walkway to the entrance was an icy mess . I asked for a salt or a shovel and was told that it would be shoveled when it snowed - that did not happen. Also, the decor was the type that looks like they went to Home Goods and bought the cheapest dumpest stuff. A framed print saying how to taste wine properly? (and there was only one wine glass). The doorways upstairs are funky and the bedrooms are smaller than they look (fine for sleeping but not "nice")

  - The walkway was salted on February 13th, ahead of your arrival on the 14th, and a snow removal service came as soon as they were able following the storm.
  - While we understand that decor preferences vary, we’ve thoughtfully chosen pieces that reflect the character of the home and may appeal to a range of guests.
  - There are numerous stemless wine glasses available in the kitchen in addition to the traditional one you found.
  - The unique upstairs doorways and bedroom sizes are part of the home’s original design, and although they may feel smaller in person, they remain fully functional for guests’ needs. The layout is accurate, as shown in the listing photos.

• Quirky But Adequate

  Combo to get in was changed, so we could not access the key. It was brutally hot that week, and the A/C was A OK!

  The lighting was quirky. "Which switch controls what, and why won't these lights go on.

  Really should check all bulbs and switches.

  Shower pressure "eh", but got it done.

  I'm pretty sure the bedrooms and beds did not match the photo.

  *However, all agreed the beds, bedding, pillows were all very good*

  I think I'm going to go back to the top and change my rating from 3 stars to 4.

  Then if you think of the cost and location, the value is there.

• Great house near downtown and track

  We had a great time with our family here. The set up was great and more spacious than anticipated. 15 minute walk to crack, 10 to downtown. Retained Saratoga charm with a great update inside. Thanks!
