1/5 Lack of towels, pillows, blankets, soap…little to no furniture, no lamps, no coffee table, no toaster, no microwave……these are all things that equal comfort for me. We had 2 daunting stair cases to climb and go down to access the property which left us unable to invite our elderly parents for dinner. No water access, no washer and dryer. Would not book again

-The toaster and microwave are stored in the cupboards to keep the kitchen tidy and uncluttered, but they’re readily available for guest use at any time.
-As outlined in the property description, the home does include stairs. We encourage guests to review the listing details carefully to ensure the property aligns with their expectations.
-Lake access is available at the public beach, just 500 feet down the street. We generally provide body wash and shampoo for guest use, and we restock these items as needed when we notice they are no longer in the home.
-Additionally, please note that the property does not include a washer and dryer. We recommend planning accordingly, especially for longer stays or if laundry access is a priority during your visit.
-We make sure each guest is provided with the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a towel, washcloth, pillow, and blanket. Our goal is to ensure everyone has what they need to feel at home during their visit.

5/5 Was very clean, and right on the water which was beautiful. A ton of places to visit or eat at not far away.

Pros/cons
5/5 Pros:
- Great location (but really close to neighbors)
- Ac on main floor- pull out couch
- Well lit pathway on stairs when coming at night
- Well marked- easy to find
- Wide open space
- Great view
- Had Amazon prime and Netflix on TV
- bed and couch were comfy
Cons:
- Lots of spider webs inside and outside the unit
- No light outside on deck to enjoy the space at night.
- Sitting on deck is nice but the 2x4 boards are right in your view- it’d be nice to have metal wiring (I’m 5’4”) I had to stand to look at beautiful view.
- no AC so it was hot upstairs. Thank God there was a box fan and ceiling fan.
