  We were thankful that we were able to stay at a home that was close to an event my daughter needed to be at. We only had drive about 6 min. I was neverous about parking but it all worked out. If i had any questions or concerns they where great with getting them answered or quick to help in any way. I would recommend this place for a good place to go to events like the strong museum. Most popular grocery's stores where about 15 min. Which i thought was not bad to get to walmart or target. If want eat put they have alot choice to drive to!

• Wedding stay

  My husband & I were very disappointed with the dated condition & cleanliness of the apt. Kitchen had hair & food in the sink. Coffee pot was dirty on inside. Toaster had rust on the metal divider. Microwave had food on the inside & crumbs on the inside of door. Tabletop was dirty. Kitchen chairs & table felt wobbly. Kitchen floor was dirty under the table. Kitchen trash can had no top on it. Bathroom tub had a bug in it & didn’t look clean. Had to request a non slip mat for tub & it was provided. Bottom of the Shower curtain had holes in it. Floor was dirty. Bathroom had one towel bar which was on one of the bathroom doors. Did not have adequate electrical outlets for hair dryer, curling iron. No iron provided. Mattresses were very hard & not comfortable to sleep on. Bed linens smelled & did not seem to be clean. The living room couches were hard & not comfortable to sit on. No instructions on how to use washer & dryer. No detergent or fabric softener provided. Walls felt very thin heard neighbors one night screaming & yelling. Police had to b called. Also carpets had loose fibers all over them. Reported this & it was vacuumed but could see the debris on the wood floors underneath the beds. Had wall calendars from 2023 hanging on the walls. Inadequate electrical outlets for electronics we brought with us. I will not recommend this place to anyone that I know.

  -We're sorry to hear that the cleanliness of the apartment did not meet your expectations. During your stay, the sink and microwave were cleaned promptly, and the toaster was addressed immediately upon your departure.
  -Laundry pods are provided under the sink.
  -The property has multiple power strips and outlets, but we understand that more convenient access would be helpful. The homeowners will look into adding clearer instructions for appliances and improving outlet availability.
  -While occasional noise from neighboring units is outside the homeowner’s control, they took swift action by contacting the authorities to ensure safety and peace.

• Fantastic Family Stay

  My wife and four year old had a wonderful winter experience staying here. The theme of the room was a life at the beach with shells that made us enjoy our two day stay. I would recommend anyone staying here. It was the kind of experience that if I ever came back to Rochester this would be the main place that I would stay. We really had an incredible time.

• 2nd stay and it won't be our last

  This is our 2nd stay at the property and we enjoyed our time. So much so we're hoping to book it again very soon. It was easy to stay in contact with the owner, there were plenty of kitchen supplies, the temperature of the property was comfortable. Only suggestions I might add is a small curtain on the upstairs door, a can opener and that's really it that I can think of now. Again this was our 2nd stay and it will not be our last. p
