Just okay
3/5 We enjoyed the area , Niagara Falls is a must see ! The rental was just okay , seemed to have what we needed . A nice grocery store across the street was great! But it is on a very busy street !!
The home however, needs some repairs and furniture/ appliances replaced .

- The home is located in a lively part of Buffalo, which makes it convenient for exploring the city, but we understand the busy street may not be ideal for everyone.
- The appliances in the home are all up-to-date, and the furniture, including the couches and mattresses, have been recently replaced and are in excellent condition.
- We take all guest feedback seriously, but after a thorough inspection, no repairs were found to be needed at this time.

Buffalo Retreat
5/5 Very clean and conviently located. Owners so nice and responsive. Would consider renting again when i am back in town.

Quaint home
3/5 Although temp was in the 20s outside, initially, the home's furnace would not heat the home. Host sent out a tech in reasonably short order and once the very dirty furnace filter was removed, furnace began working. As snow was expected overnight, I attempted to use the salt in bucket near front door only to find it largely solidified and unusable. The next morning, I attempted to shovel snow but the plastic shovel broke. In general, the home could use a bit more attention to maintenance needed.

We were surprised to receive your feedback. We were so sorry about the issue with the heat and once we were notified we did everything we could as quickly as possible. Our cleaner let us know the put salt down before your early arrival. We wish you let us know you broke the shovel during your stay and we would have happily replaced it for you.
