• Great place, needs a few updates

  We really did have a lovely stay at this condo. However, was just a few dollars there could be some necessary improvements. Both beds had very uncomfortable hard spring mattresses. These days you can buy a nice foam mattress for 100 bucks, so why not? Also, we had problems with the Wi-Fi the whole time. We called and tried to get help with it, but they told us that everything should be fine. However, we had to constantly restart either the router or the TV and app we were using while watching a movie. But those are my only complaints! Everything else was really great! Our favorite part… The absolutely incredible view out both sliding glass doors!

• Spectacular view

  View was amazing. Check in easy and we were able to check in early. Everything was clean and tidy, but very old and shabby. Carpets, furniture worn down and uncomfortable, linens old, beds not great. Too bad, as location & view were great and with a little love would be truly amazing.

• Mixed Bag

  While the location, floor plan and the view are wonderful there are multiple deficiencies that need to be addressed:1. Loud ongoing construction by the pool and to access the pool you have to walk through the construction zone.2. No curtains on the living room windows.3. Pool access code in the property handbook is incorrect.4. You need to disclose in the rental listing that due to the stairs this property is may not be suitable for people with disabilities.The ADA requirements for a staircase include:Tread Depth: Minimum 11 inches. (versus 9.5 for stairs in this property)Handrails: Required on both sides versus this property which only has a handrail for the stairs on one side).5. When we arrived the comforter and shams were dirty and reeked of body odor. They clearly had not been washed.6. When we arrived we found the towels and bed sheets in the dryer. They were left there wet and thus they had a sour odor.7. The TV in the second bedroom is not functional.8. The seat cushion on the chair in the living has no support.9. When you run the washing machine it shakes so much it bangs it's surroundings.10. There is at least one rat in the unit.

  - We agree that the nearby construction and its impact on pool access should be more clearly noted in the listing and are working with Evolve to add that context for future guests.
  - The staircase is not ADA-compliant, and while the home wasn’t designed to meet those standards, we understand the need for better transparency around accessibility and will update the listing accordingly.
  - The comforter, shams, and towels are typically cleaned and refreshed before every guest's arrival, so your report is surprising to hear. Still, we’ll reinforce expectations with the cleaning team to prevent any future concerns.
  - The living room windows were intentionally left without curtains to preserve the beautiful lake view, which many guests appreciate. Though we understand this may not suit all preferences.
  - We're checking on the second bedroom TV, washing machine vibrations, and living room chair cushion, and we’ve scheduled monthly pest control to ensure the home remains comfortable and critter-free.

• Peaceful Retreat

  We were pleasantly surprised with the condo and how spacious it was. The view was incredible and we made use of the hot tub during our stay. Only complaint would be that the beds are a bit old and not the most comfortable. Highly recommend.
