Great location
5/5 We stayed over the Memorial Day weekend and the location is excellent. It's very convenient to get to Stateline, NV and then into S Lake Tahoe.

4/5 Great location, lots of space plenty of parking. It's nice to have two levels so you can play games in the first floor and watch a movie and cook on the second floor.

Great Location, Fair Price, Some Challenges
3/5 Great location, it was so fun to be able to walk to the lodge! I think the house could use some more towels because there’s a hot tub, we found ourselves doing loads of towels several times. The kitchen is also missing basic things like measuring cups/spoons and scissors. The house is clean at a basic level (like bathrooms and sheets) but at a deeper level (like chandeliers and such) it’s quite dusty/cobwebby. Another thing we were bummed about was that the listing says it has cable and it does not. We booked Super Bowl weekend based on that qualification. Lastly, I found the communication to be quite difficult. I messaged for months before getting a response back, and when I did, they didn’t have answers to the questions. When they did finally answer (when my trip was close), they were polite and responsive, but it seems like there are multiple property management companies and they don’t know all of the details of the house and the owner was not responding to them. The house is definitely outdated but I think the photos accurately show that and the price seems fair.
