  Walkway to the property isn't well lit, stairs leading up to the property need updated. The place was quiet, but missing that hoe away from home feel. What really was the deal breaker was 1ply toilet paper. Overall the property need some TLC, (painting, cleaning the wood floors and updating the bathrooms - missing handles on the shower door and loud noisy fan. The vrbo photos show from the balcony you can see the lake, not true - too many trees.

  I thought the property didn’t quite measure up to price. Kitchen table needed chairs with backs would be more comfortable. The walk to the front door was difficult. No so much the uphill distance. The path was uneven with cracked asphalt and changing distances between wood dividers. Also poor lighting at night. One of our party took a pretty bad fall. We would not recommend this property to anyone over 50 years old

• Great location and clean space

  Property manager was very available and helped solve a few minor issues when we first arrived. The unit is very comfortable for 4 adults, and the open kitchen living area was fantastic. The walk from parking is about 40yds, up a few gentle steps. The stagecoach lift is a short 4min drive within the same neighborhood. The freestanding fireplace in the pics is different than the pellet feed unit that was there when we arrived. Not sure if this was a temporary substitute or the permanent install. If fp use is important, suggest you ask about it before confirming the reservation. Overall great place, and we would stay at there again.

• Comfortable place for small family

  I will start off with when we arrived - we arrived pretty late at night, and it was REALLY hard finding the unit where we were staying. My husband asked a neighbor where we were supposed to go, and luckily she was able to guide us. However, by our mistake, we were trying to unlock for the wrong unit.. oops. When we got to the correct unit IN THE BACK, we tried to punch in the code to get in - didn't work. After several attempts, we had to contact the owner who let us in by her phone app. The next day when we had to leave the apartment, the code wasn't working AGAIN. When I contacted the owner about it, it was as if she didn't believe me and kept saying she charged the lock. I had to send her a video to confirm we tried, and she finally believed me and came over and changed the batteries. Boy did this make us miss the good ol' fashioned key and lock entrance. I was happy with how quickly she fixed it after finally proving it wasn't working. The place was pretty small - the pictures might be deceiving, but for 4 of us plus an infant, it was just fine. The area was super relaxing to leave the windows open - super quiet and cool. Rooms are downstairs, upstairs you have the kitchen/living area which is cute/comfortable. Loved the balcony to sit and enjoy the fresh air. Loved all that was available for us in the kitchen. They even leave coffee, creamers, sugar, tea - super nice. A downside is that our bed sheets had brown stains on them. We were upset at ourselves for not taking our own bedding because my face completely broke out in a rash, and we think it's from the pillow covers :(. Take your own linens/towels to be safe (esp. during COVID).
