Wonderful property
5/5 The home was beautiful! The backyard was a dream and the hot tub was also amazing. We had to cut our stay short due to fire evacuations and owner communicated to us as we were not aware.

the Good and the Bad
4/5 This house was large and comfortable. The beds were really nice, and there was a pool table which was enjoyed by all. The backyard was gorgeous, and the house was located in a great part of town right next to shopping and movies.
Problems: The towels did not smell clean; more like a mildewy smell. The coffee pot had never been cleaned. There was goo in the water heating portion, with some kind of filter that was moldy. We scrubbed that sucker clean. The furniture in the living room needed to be replaced. They repaired almost all the seating in the living room with vinyl tape, which was peeling off. I think they need a maid who really takes time to clean appliances-the oven was dirty and so was the dishwasher filter. If they take care of these few things, this will be a 5 star rental.

Lovely backyard and great location
4/5 This is a very nice house. It has a beautifully manicured backyard, that includes a fire pit, bbq, and hot tub. We enjoyed watching the variety of birds and bunnies in the yard. The kitchen is very nicely stocked with just about every spice you could think of. We had a blast playing pool with our kids. The beds were quite comfortable, and the en suite bath had a beautiful soaking tub and nice shower. It was a great place to stay for a week.
Human and canine paradise!
