Great location! Great step up!
5/5 Quiet, safe neighborhood close enough to everything without being too close for comfort. Super clean. Plenty of space to spread out, including two indoor living room areas and several outdoor areas as well. The main living room is set up well for TV viewing, which I'm only pointing out because, for some reason, there are a lot of rental properties with wonky living rooms set ups. Bathrooms had plenty of countertop space for your stuff (also an issue with some rentals). Our group consensus was that the beds were the most comfortable of any place we've ever stayed, so 6 stars on that. On that note- the pillows, sheets, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc. were more along the lines of what you'd have at your own house rather than what you'd get at a rental, so again, 6 stars on that. Often times, it's the little things that really make a place stand out. I'd definitely stay here again. You won't be disappointed!
New years vacation
5/5 This was the perfect place for our family to stay during our vacation over the new year break. The place is located in a very nice neighborhood and is very well renovated. Had all the necessary amenities to make it feel like a true vacation home including a small single hole golf patch in the front, a ping pong table and a bunch of board games. Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Reno.

5/5 We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! Clearly the hosts understand hospitality, because there were all of these super nice touches, like luggage racks in the bedrooms, qtips in the bathrooms, and filters for the coffee pot. The beds were comfy and had layers of warm blankets, the bathrooms were stocked with fluffy towels and washcloths, and everything was super clean. There’s also a lovely seating area outside under a canopy of lights. The neighborhood is nice and the leaves were changing while we were here. Loved this home and we’ll be back on our next trip to Reno! Thank you!

Reno trip
5/5 This is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The house is beautiful, totally remodeled, clean, and the outside areas are wonderful. The neighborhood is very quiet and a fun place for walks. It is very close to downtown. The check out requirements were very easy. We would definitely stay there again.
