4/5 This home is located in a nice area and was well stocked. We appreciate that there were several stores in restaurants, both within walking or driving distance and a nice walk and dog park just about a mile from the home. It was clean and comfortable, and well maintained. The only issue we had was with the gate/fence. Unfortunately, it needs to be finished or sanded as one of the guests tried to open the gate and ended up with about 10 splinters on the side of her hand. Thankfully, we did have tweezers with us and got most of them out the first night, but it was a lot of work and she was in a lot of discomfort. If it wasn’t for the issue with the gate, I would’ve given it five stars.

Cozy house with many amenities!!
5/5 Our experience at the rental was wonderful! The fenced in backyard was wonderful for our two small dogs! Very peaceful setting! The cozy cottage style house is great, stocked with everything that you need for your stay! The bed was super comfortable! Convenient location too! We would definitely stay there again!!
3/5 Refrigerator had items from previous guests (we did not use the kitchen but saw this when cleaning prior to check out). Communication with Heather who was assisting the property manager was great but when she referred me to contact the host regarding changes to our stay we could not manage through the website (no pet so request refund) and other issues, the host never responded.

I’m sorry that the platform made that process feel frustrating on your end or caused any confusion.
Regarding the refrigerator, we intentionally leave basic condiments and essentials for guest convenience, and we confirmed with our cleaner that only these standard items were present after the previous stay. I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we’re always working to make sure communication and expectations are clear for our guests."5/5 This was the perfect place to stay in Reno. The location was great for our needs. As to the house, it was perfect: immaculate, comfortable, well supplied and so adorably decorated. The check-in was easy. I had a few questions and the manager was quick in her response. The spotless kitchen had everything I needed. The beds provided gave us a very comfortable sleep. I definitely would recommend this to anyone needing a place to stay in Reno.
