CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Please unload quietly if checking in after 10:00 PM
- Enter through the wooded gate on Brooks Avenue. The code for the wooden gate is 1818#
- TO OPEN "WHILE SOUND IS ON": Enter the code. You may NEED to turn it again (twice) if the door is unlatched during the beeping
- TO LOCK: The lock will auto lock when the SOUND IS OFF
- The access code will not work until 4:00 PM on your check-in day, please do not attempt to check in early
- To lock the door when leaving, just press the lock symbol
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Please let the Guest Contact know if you decide to check out early
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the studio by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade. Please do not remake beds or remove the linens
- If thick comforters were brought down from the closet shelves to use, please leave them on the beds so the cleaners know to wash them
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the studio is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking inside the property. Outdoor smoking is permitted at the fire pit or away from buildings; please use the provided ashtray
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- Please keep pets off the bed, couch & furniture. Thanks for being considerate of other guests with allergies!
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- Please do not set the AC below 73 or heat above 78 as it will cause problems to the HVAC system. If you will be gone most of the day, please turn the air up to 78 and heat down to 65 to conserve energy
