Mis-managed rental
1/5 This place has such potential. Great unit and nice neighborhood in a good location.
However, the code lock didn’t always work so we were stuck in the cold in the driveway the first night with nowhere to go. Reached out to the “person on the ground” “local contact” who had a full voicemailbox. Reached out to the management company and recieved a follow-up in the form of a bleh email. No real follow-up about the lock!!! There was broken glass all around the ping pong table. My son brought me a huge shard on the first morning. Multiple doors were off sliding tracks making closets unusable, one of the showers makes a loud screeching noise the whole time it’s running. We found used athletic tape in one bed (blech!) and used sucker sticks in multiple locations. The floor under the kitchen stools was so sticky that it was hard to move the stools! Had to wash the floor ourselves so our feet didn’t stick. Gross. Managed well this place has such potential. Currently wouldn’t recommend.
Community hot tub was nice. Trying to find a silver lining here…

- The door lock was functioning, but it required turning the deadbolt. We’re sorry for any confusion and the inconvenience it caused upon arrival.
- We regret that the cleanliness did not meet expectations. Your concerns were taken seriously, and we issued a refund for both the cleaning fee and the first night’s stay.
