Convenient Alternative to a Strip Hotel
4/5 We were visiting Las Vegas for an event at Allegiant Stadium and I wanted a place off The Strip. The place had everything we needed including a convenient parking space. One person in our party has mobility issues so it was nice to have a short walk to the place and no stairs. The area is great for shopping and restaurants, and the 20 minute drive to the airport and Allegiant Stadium was no problem. The property management company was very easy to work with.

Clean and comfortable apartment!
4/5 This location was in a good location for us as we moved our daughter out of her apartment for a move overseas. It is a quick drive to the strip as well as Summerlin! The apartment was comfortable, clean and secure. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked. No full set of silverware, for example. The only disappointment was the pool. It was full of debris from surrounding bushes and trees and is clearly not regularly maintained. Also there was not one chair/lounge chair to be found. Bring your own!

Tournament week
5/5 Had a baseball tournament near by. House worked out great for the four of us. Could have used more towels and toilet in the primary room runs all night to keep you awake. Main contact listed takes two days to respond to inquiries but house worked for our needs.
