- Please note that you may not be able to see the unit number from the street, but it is located behind unit #46 which can be seen from the parking lot

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry
- The owners will email you before arrival to provide the security code for the front door e-lock
- Upon arrival, there will be a parking pass for your vehicle located in the unit's coat rack. Please place this in your vehicle where it can be seen
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return parking pass to its original location on the coat rack
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens in a pile
- Place all towels in the washer and begin a load of laundry
- Turn gas fireplace thermostat to off
- Turn all thermostats to 55 degrees
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking of any kind allowed anywhere inside or outside the property (per HOA rules, this includes all common spaces)
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 30 years old to book
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM
- No open flames allowed anywhere inside or outside of the property
- Evidence of any house rule violations will result in a $500 fine
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the Welcome Book upon arrival
