• Just okay and despite literature, not for elderly.

  Average stay. Condo is clean and fairly well-equipped. It does have some cooking things, but I didn’t see them and bought evoo & vinegar. The bathroom is upstairs. There is no AC downstairs. There is an air conditioning unit upstairs in the bedroom. TV is upstairs. I like to watch tv while cooking, so that didn’t work for me. The flagstone walkway will present problems if you have difficulty walking and forget taking a roller bag to the door over those stones. I disagree with the thought that this place is good for elderly people. Rushing in to use the bathroom and then having to climb 14 steps is not my idea of ‘for elderly.’ The keyless entry is convenient providing that you remember the code. I don’t like the idea that the code isn’t changed between clients. WIFI works well.

  From the owner: We appreciate that you found everything clean and well-equipped. We're disappointed that you felt it was just an average stay.
  - We do not provide any food items, except a starting amount of coffee. We can’t be responsible for what is left behind or how people use food, so we empty everything every time for sanitary and safety reasons; aside from that, a lot of people will not use what is left behind.
  - The listing clearly describes that the AC is in the upstairs room, and the downstairs is equipped with 2 large fans.
  - Most of the Sante Fe properties have desert-like landscaping, our yard and patio are like most of the properties here.
  - We have numerous guests aged 50 and above, and we have not had any complaints about the stairs.  
  - The photos in the listing are very clear and show the stairs in the house. They also show that the TV and bathroom are both upstairs.
  - The safety of our guests is very important to us, and we do change the door code.

  Balloon Fiesta was an experience that I enjoyed very much. I was able to enjoy my stay here and loved the brightness of the place. Very comfortable and has everything. Viva la France!

  Soy Argentina y tuve la suerte de econtrar este loft que me encanto. Usamos mucho la estufa con madera y la cercania a todo lo necesario fue super facil. Pasamos las fiestas y quede enamorada de Santa Fe. Tener el lavarropas y sequarropas fue muy bueno porque pudimos lavar la ropa.

  I stayed here with my girlfriend and the place was perfect. From the parking, the living room area, the bedroom and bathroom to the den with the TV... everything worked. Super comfortable and very bright! We loved the super high ceiling... I'll rent it again for sure.
