Just a short 20 min drive, head to town to dine at one of many authentic southwestern restaurants. Be sure to try the green chile or Christmas style if you’re fancy. Check out the farmers market on a Tuesday or Saturday at the hip and upcoming railyard area. Attend a show at the Opera House, peruse museums, see the helix-shaped spiral staircase in the Loretto Chapel, or stroll along Canyon Road for one of a kind, world-renowned galleries.
Go hiking or biking along trails in the nearby national park during the summer and skiing during the winter. Some ski resorts nearby include Ski Santa Fe, Pajarito Mountain Ski Area, and Ski New Mexico Ski Reports.
For a day of relaxation, go up into the mountains to a world-class, Japanese spa, Ten Thousand Waves. Check out nearby Galisteo for open home gallery events, or for a unique art experience, visit Meow Wolf, an immersive interactive art installation, converted from an old bowling alley.

Definitely Recommend
5/5 Beautiful home! We could have easily stayed for a month! The short distance into Santa Fe provided quiet and privacy, but was still a quick and easy drive for shopping, dinner, etc.

Perfect!
5/5 The house was absolutely perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The outside area just right for our littles to play and all of us to stargaze at night. The kitchen had everything you might need. If we come back to Santa Fe, we will for sure rent this house again.

We had 3 adults and 1 child and everyone had their own space to unwind after a day of skiing at Ski Santa Fe. Our favorite feature was the wood burning fireplace!!!
We were about an hour from Ski Santa Fe and maybe 15-20 from the hustle and bustle of Santa Fe square. This meant we were far enough away from the bright lights of the city to actually see the entire night sky filled with stars!
