1/5 The rental was below average. House was not up to date in appliances such as the microwave. There was no type of ac/heat control. There was only portable heaters in rooms. There was no doors in rooms for privacy. Carpet smelled and was extremely dirty. Property has no upkeep. Door and screen door broken. You could not open windows. House is a complete mess and I don’t recommend anyone to rent this property. It was extremely disappointing.

Great Little House
4/5 over all a great little place, images make it look a WHOLE lot bigger than what it is. Small issues, rooms dont have any doors for privacy, electric outlets are the two prong ones, cant charge phones unless you get adapter and when you plug something in, you get a shock. Needs to be looked at, the 3rd room has no access from inside house, you have to leave the main place and go downstairs. Lastly, we were there in Jan, and it was cold, place has many places where cold air comes in, especially the downstairs room. I would definitely stay here again.
