Our family stayed at The Grizzlies Cozy Cabin in Ruidoso NM. Airbnb advertised the 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home; that was clean and all amenities including indoor community pool. At arrival, we found the home was not clean, trash was left in the trash can, candy wrappers in bedroom #2, the shared bathroom sink had no running hot water, and bedroom #2 was missing a full and twin beds. Renters read the reviews on this property; they are accurate. Neither the property manager or Airbnb have made this right. Instead they have suggested it’s spring break week, we are extremely busy and we didn’t have time to make repairs or update the condition of the property on our websites. Hopefully this review will save others the headache. Other than this breach, the location and hot tub were great.

We are surprised to hear about your concerns regarding cleanliness, as we prioritize thorough cleaning between stays. However, without specific details or photos, it's challenging for us to identify the areas of concern. We encourage guests to reach out to us during their stay so that we can promptly address any issues that may arise.
- We apologize if the sleeping accommodations did not meet your expectations. We recently experienced an unfortunate incident where a bunk bed was damaged by a previous guest. In response, we quickly replaced it with a queen sofa bed to ensure that the total capacity of the property remained intact. Please note that updates to the property listing reflecting this change were made promptly after the incident.
- We prioritize preventative maintenance to ensure that our property is in optimal condition for our guests. Additionally, we promptly address any reported maintenance issues to minimize any disruptions to our guests' stay.
