Would not stay again.
3/5 The place is really aged both outside and inside. There is no floor, only rug throughout the whole house.
Mattresses are really old, pillows are old
Multiple noticeable things need repair soon, including the floor underneath in the hallway
Fridge door is broken
Main room has ceiling issues
Host was very resonsive👍
Not staying here again or with Evolve. I was lead to this place by recommendation after several other places magically canceled due to “repairs” a month away from our stay date.
This is the least rated place I have stayed at Ruidoso ever. I will stick with Airbnb.

– The listing photos accurately depict the cabin, so guests know what to expect before booking. While the property has some aging elements, finding contractors for repairs in Ruidoso can be challenging, but we’re doing our best.
– We will be replacing all the pillows to improve guest comfort.
