  The property was perfect for our baseball tournament. We had enough room for a few of us that stayed together. The kids loved the basketball court in the back and the foosball table.

  Stay was good, only issue hot water ran out pretty quickly. After one shower we had to wait to let water warm up. Otherwise we had a comfortable stay.

  Overall, property was nice, clean, and good centralized home. Give the rental overall 4 out of 5. Here are a couple of items that would have made it a 5 out 5. Only left us with 2 trash bags for 4 days with 9 people. Not enough towels or toilet paper. The outside grill was not clean and didnt have a brush to clean it. A couple of the chairs were too loose to sit on, also foosball table handles kept coming off. Thanks

• Home w/ Potential

  Overall we enjoyed our stay. At the time of booking, I was immediately drawn to the online pictures - it showed to be very clean and new. However, upon arriving it was immediately apparent that the pictures were misleading as the home was much more “tired” in person than the pictures indicated. I expected the home to be in better condition. It seemed as though previous renters had not taken care of the property and there was significant damage to much of the property and the furnishings. The home is also in need of a deep clean in addition to the significant wear and tear addressed. There was a strong odor of Fabuloso upon arriving which seemed to be masking an odor. The master bed & pillows were very comfortable. There were many soft linens however; I opted to clean them for peace of mind before utilizing. The towels were thin and not very absorbent and the kitchen was lacking in supplies but we opted to eat out as a result. Overall, the home provided the essentials but did not overwhelm as the pictures had indicated it would. However, the Evolve team was super responsive and extremely accommodating. As a result we would definitely rent from Evolve again. I wish this property had shined, as I hoped, because it seems that was the intention of the owners. Unfortunately, it seems previous irresponsible renters may have dampened that.
