    Although the house has an amazing view and the kitchen was clean, that’s about all the pro’s we experienced.

    Now for the con’s : The property manager was extremely rude and flat out told us he has “a bunch of properties he looks over”

    The bedrooms and restrooms were not necessarily dirty, just had cobwebs and could use a good sweeping and disinfecting.

    The so called game room is just a dilapidated pool table in the garage. No usable q-sticks, even if they were usable, the pool table is not, If you look closely at the pictures you can easily tell.

    The front and back porch furniture was very dirty, with a trip to Walmart to purchase wipes we took care of that to enjoy the view.

    We noticed a small water leak in the garage seemed to be coming from the AC condensate. I immediately call the property manager, no answer so I sent a text, he text back and asked for pictures, I complied. Not once did he offer to come by to access the issue. The following day I received a text from him staying a repair man would be in sometime today, I let him know we were on vacation and we could not be waiting around all day. He then said the owner had given the front door code to the repair man we did not need to be there. I told him that was not acceptable because we did not want a stranger in the house when we were not present, I asked him to give me an approximate time and I would wait for him. He got upset and said he would just cancel the repair man. They did cancel and without any notice given

    We travel quite a bit and like staying at rentals by owners in lieu of hotels.

    This home has amazing views and adequate room for 3 couples.

    The rest was basically a nightmare.

    The only TV that would get reception was the one in the Livingroom.

    The bedrooms and restrooms needed attention, cobwebs and built up dust shows the cleaning crew is less than proficient.

    The sitting area on the front porch was extremely dirty.

    The “Game room”, was a dilapidated pool table in the garage, with no usable que sticks. We went to Walmart and were able to repair two que stick which was in vain because of the condition of the pool table, the pool table is really just there for looks or maybe very young kids to just knock the balls around.

    The AC system developed a leak in the garage area, we immediately called the property manager. He did not even come by to assess the situation, instead he just asked for pictures.

    The next day he text and advised me that the owner had given out the code to a repairman and he would be showing up any time between 9 and 5. I told him that was not acceptable, we did not want a stranger in the house, to give me a call and I would meet him here.

    The property manager was very rude and said if I was in a hotel , everyone would be coming in and out of our room. When we came back to the house that evening the AC had been turned off and thermostat locked out with a pass code.

    The AC was not repaired until the day before we departed.

    The property manager was absolutely no help he just referred me to “Whoever I rented from” for any resolution.

    I would 100% not recommend this property. If you are looking for hospitality and a pleasant stay, this is certainly not it.

When the issue was brought to my attention, I immediately arranged for a repair, and a resolution could have been provided the same day. Unfortunately, Evolve did not communicate the repair times and solutions promptly, leading to further delays. I understand that the timing of the repair visit was inconvenient for you, and I apologize for any discomfort this caused. My goal was to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but I respect your decision to decline the initial repair time. It’s unfortunate that this situation led to further frustration.
    -Regarding the other concerns, such as the cleanliness of the property and the condition of the game room, I wish these had been communicated to me during your stay so I could have taken immediate action to address them. Your feedback is invaluable, and I will certainly review these areas with my cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure they meet the high standards I expect.
    -Lastly, I’m sorry if any interactions with the guest contact were not as you would have hoped. We strive to offer a welcoming and helpful experience to all our guests, and I’ll be discussing your feedback with them to improve our service.

    This house was perfect for our family of 10. Would highly recommend. And the views off the back porch were amazing. We spent tons of time just relaxing in the rocking chairs and enjoying the cool breeze.

  • TVs did not receive channels and Hot tub needs attention!

    Let's start with the Pros: Home was big and spacious for our family of four. Kitchen appliances were new and clean. Back porch furniture was relaxing.

    Now the Cons - Three of the TV's did not receive channels and nothing was done to correct so we couldn't watch football or anything in both living rooms nor the master bedroom. Hot tub needs to be drained and cleaned. Continued to wipe brown, sticky film from sides only for it to bubble up again. Therefore, we didn't get back in. The thermostat was locked and Host did not have the code, so we couldn't cool down the home until the second day when the owner finally unlocked it. It was very hot, sticky, and didn't smell good the first day. Carpets also stained and need to be cleaned. Front porch furniture full of spiderwebs.

    All in all - disappointing stay, will not return, and do not recommend.
