Great mountain Retreat
5/5 We spent most of our time enjoying the nice deck area. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The Coffee grinder and provision of coffee beans was extra nice.
Will return and recommend to others.

5/5 Family of 6 stayed in this lovely home in May 2023. I arrived just a few minutes earlier than check - in and they were gracious to allow us entry. The amenities provided and suggestions given by the owners are very thoughtful and much appreciated. The home decorator is just beautiful and the beds are comfortable . The kitchen has all the amenities you need and coffee beans and grinder for that first cup till you can go to the grocery store . Enjoyed breakfast on the patio and a late glass of wine. It has a BBQ pit , nice size table and plenty of space . Had no issues at all , and no complaints
You can tell the owners are very caring and thoughtful , on departure the cleaning instructions are a breeze . Ruidoso is just beautiful and staying here is the perfect location , close to everything !

Great location
2/5 Pros: location & comfortable bedsCons: property needs a major update. It might have been thoroughly cleaned but because the flooring, carpet, & bathrooms are so out dated the unit did not look or feel clean. I the condition of the condo is equivalent to a very old low end hotel chain.
