Perfect
5/5 Best place we have ever stayed at when going to Ruidoso! Communication with owner was amazing! Beds actually comfortable! Never stayed anywhere in Ruidoso where our backs didn’t hurt. Located where we could walk downtown and didn’t have to worry about finding a parking spot downtown and also had a beautiful river behind us, nature, beautiful animals. Easy parking at the property and plenty of it. Would definately stay here again!

Location is fabulous
5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Alegre! Beautiful view off of the deck. The property is spacious, beds are aplenty and comfortable, plenty of space for football watchers in the great room and kids playing games in the little room off of the dining area. The parking is also very nice, and Midtown is a very short walking distance. The property owner is gracious and helpful. Wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious rooms
4/5 This home is all on one level which was perfect for our three senior couples, who have problems with stairs, and it's within walking distance to some of the shops on Sudderth. The bedrooms are large and comfy with plenty of windows and sliding doors for a great view of the outdoors. We frequently saw deer and one morning there were about a dozen elk ambling down the street grazing on tree trimmings stacked by the roadside.
This would have been a 5-star review if it hadn't been for the heater problems. It got quite chilly inside, but Donene, the property manager, was quick to address it and get the heat back on.
We would definitely consider staying here again.

Close to town
5/5 Although close to town but not nosiey. Clean, good bed set up for 12 people Somewhat small kichen but workable plenty of eating space. All on one level no stairs but big yard in good location and we saw elk. The balcony was good for eating and sitting could watch kids from balcony
