    Loved the location and how quite the condo was! Love how nice a friendly everyone in town is! However the condo could have been cleaner, there was trash under one of the beds. The button on the fireplace was broke and you couldn’t use it. Pictures are very misleading. The bottom bathroom is very tiny and hard to utilize. The windows need replaced, there is no insulation and you can feel a draft in all of them!

    - We sincerely apologize that the fireplace was not working during your stay. It appears the pilot light had gone out, which can be easily relit. Had we been notified, we would have been happy to walk you through restarting it right away.
    -The concern regarding the item found under the bed has been addressed with the cleaning team, and additional attention to detail has been reinforced to help ensure the condo is thoroughly prepared for each stay.

    We had a wonderful stay! The condo had all the essentials we needed, and everything was exactly as described. The hot water worked amazingly, which was especially appreciated after long days out. The beds were very comfortable, and the comforters were phenomenal—so cozy and warm. Overall, it was a great place to relax and enjoy our trip. We would absolutely stay here again!

    Condo was fine, for the most part. Hot tub was old and kind of dirty. The one that worked, that is. Overall pretty clean.

    There are about 10 thermostats in there and not sure which controls what. No blinds on the back window.

    Biggest thing was there was ZERO hot water.

    We’re glad to hear the condo met your needs overall. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your comments, and they wanted to share the following:

    - The water heater is brand new and was installed just over a month ago, and it was functioning properly during our pre-arrival inspection.
    - Each room in the condo has its own electric heat, which is common in mountain properties and allows guests to control the temperature individually.
    - During your stay, there was a building-wide gas line maintenance issue in Red River that was outside of our control, but the system has since been restored.
    - The condo was professionally cleaned the day before your arrival, and we would have been happy to assist with any concerns in real time if we had been notified.

    We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for.
