  • Dirty, WiFi didn’t work, Hot, Smoke Alarm beeping

    The property was not clean when I arrived. There was feces in the toilet, unmade beds, dirty dishes. The cleaning crew didn’t finish cleaning until 8 PM. The smoke alarm was beeping because the battery was dead. It was 85° inside and the owner had to control the temperature from his house. The Wi-Fi did not work. someway also knocked on the door in the middle of the night, asking if they could use the bathroom. I complain to the management company once I got home and he said he fixed everything immediately and would only refund me 15% of the cleaning fee.
