The home is spacious with a modern décor. Well stocked with functional appliances. Multiple televisions, a game station, and board games. The host was very responsive, and check-in was a breeze. The house is next to a ‘train track’; you can see and hear the trains go by throughout the day and night (12:30 am, 2 am, 4:30 am, etc.). The family room furniture and pillows need to be cleaned or replaced; they have stain spots and are worn. The laundry room has a strong cat urine smell where a litter box is kept. The house needs a good cleaning, including all cabinets, handles, baseboards, tile floors, and all trash cans. There is a large backyard with great views of the Organ Mountains. The terrain is mostly rocks and a small artificial turf area. The yard could use a few shade trees, especially for the dog run, which would benefit from a tree, some turf, and a cover. Placing a dog in the kennel in the hot Las Cruces sun would be inhumane. The patio furniture is torn and worn; it's time for a replacement. The home could be a 5-star vacation rental (minus the trains) with some TLC.

This was a beautiful stay! We appreciated the quiet neighborhood and beautiful views! There is a dirt road by the aquaduct and that was excellent for evening walks. The house was very clean, welcoming and made for a sweet stay We were 3 couples and a pup. The couches were super cozy!We would stay here again!
