    This rental was very unkempt. There is a layer of dust and cobwebs in the windows and wall partitions that looks to be as old as the property. The chair and couch was ripped, torn, and stained. The sheets seemed to have some sort of blood stain in them. There was leaking creamer in the coffee bar thing, the screen door piston was broken and hanging off, animal feces in the grill, no propane, only two chairs for the dinner table. I could go on, very disappointed in the property.

    We want every guest to arrive at a vacation home that’s 100% ready for their stay, so we take property care and cleanliness very seriously. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
    - A replacement chair has been purchased for the one with a damaged seam, and our housekeeping team has been asked to closely inspect the bedding, grill, and coffee station to ensure everything is refreshed for future guests.
    - While a propane tank is provided for the grill, guests may need to refill it during their stay, depending on usage. We’re sorry if that wasn’t clear during your visit.
    - The dining area is intentionally designed for the home’s cozy layout. That said, we understand it may not fit every group’s needs.
    - The tall partition wall is cleaned during seasonal deep cleans. While it’s not within regular reach, we appreciate your note and will ensure it’s addressed more frequently moving forward.
    - This property is ideal for guests seeking a rustic outdoor retreat with expansive views, a large deck, and a peaceful setting.
