CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Early check-in cannot be accommodated
- The building's main entrance is on the parking lot side of the property. The code is code 30316
- You will see lock boxes on the right-hand side after entering the building. The key and fob are located inside lockbox 41. The code is 6669
- The fob can be used for building entry as well as ski storage on the lower level, which is located at the rear behind a glass door
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Late check-out cannot be accommodated
- Return key and fob to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens in the tub
- Place all used towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
