• Incredible views but poorly managed

  The property itself was wonderful. Very spacious for everyone to spread out. With 4 generations staying together under one roof we had plenty of space for everyone to spend time together and also space to spreadout! The drive up was a bit steep and could be an issue for some vehicles even in the summer time. The problems we had were with the management of the property. When we arrived shortly after our check in time we had never received any details on how to get inside. After about 15 minutes of reaching out to the contact provided, we finally gained access. We had 10 people staying in this home and there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper to be found in the house. We reached out again to the property manager about this and did not hear back until the next day that house keeping would be bringing some by. Then later that day were told housekeeping had an accident and they wouldn't be able to get it to us at all. There were no paper towels, no dish towels, only about 5 or 6 bath towels, dryer had to be wedged closed with broom to keep door closed to work, hot tub has a leak and the cover is broken making it difficult to use.Overall the property is wonderful, just needs some additional maintenence things done and a better property manager.

  The people’s beautiful and peaceful. The distance to town was about 15 minutes but the scenery to and from was worth it.

• Fabulous house with incredible views.

  A group of 9 of us came here for a ski trip and had a lovely time. The house is VERY spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The views from the living room and back patio are incredible, especially at sunset. The hot tub was such a treat especially post skiing. We really enjoyed ourselves however there are a few housekeeping items that need to be addressed. Check in, which showed as 4pm on the online information/confirmation, was not allowed til 5pm which is the latest check in I have ever heard of. It wasn't that big of a deal as luckily we stalled by picking up our rental gear but should be either amended online to reflect that or should be changed to 4pm as expected. Overall the house needs some tending to. Replacing the many lightbulbs that were burned out, fixing the few broken items in the game room, and a deep clean would really go a long way to make this home an absolute knockout.
