Beautiful cabin! Wonderful views from all the property. I enjoyed my stay so much. Would definitely stay again . Very quite but also close to town .

Check in good. Kitchen good. WiFi good. One bathroom was unusable due to severe leaking from shower door. Toilet also leaked when flushed. The other shower was awkward to use. I didn't notice the fact that cabin had no AC until after we arrived (my fault). Crazy thing: there are three thermostats in house that do nothing. It was 80 in cabin when we arrived which was a little stuffy for us. We opened a few windows and solved the problem. I was a bit appalled at the cleaning fee which was more than the actual rent for two days. The view and overall outdoor experiences were top notch. We saw deer, coyotes, chipmunks, squirrels and black hawks. No bears :(Overall, to get away from the August heat and humidity of east Texas, i would rent this cabin again.P.S. there was a poor little hungry hummingbird that kept hovering around us when we sat on porch. We put a tiny cup of sugar water on railing for her. She was very appreciative.
