  Overall the stay was nice and you really are right by the ski mountain. You cannot see resorts from the balcony due to the trees but you can walk up by unit A from the other units and have a good view from there.

  Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful mountain setting, cozy yet modern decor, and thoughtful amenities that made our trip so enjoyable.

  The condo itself is spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped for a relaxing stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, the living area was warm and inviting with a cozy fireplace, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—perfect for recharging after a full day on the slopes.

  The location is truly unbeatable! While you can’t ski right to the door, it’s just a short and easy walk to the slopes, making it incredibly convenient. No long treks or crowded shuttles—just grab your gear and go! After a day on the mountain, coming back to such a comfortable and welcoming space was a treat.

  Whether you’re an avid skier or simply looking for a peaceful mountain retreat, this condo is a fantastic choice. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

  Location was good, not ski in ski out but a short walk. Upstairs shower did not have hot water, downstairs did so we used that one.

  - The home is about a 50-yard walk to the hill, where you can ski down to the lift. However, ski conditions depend on snowfall, and the hill may not always be skiable.
  - The home has a small water heater, as noted in the guest manual, so we recommend spacing out showers for the best hot water availability.

• Beautiful Condo very clean

  Such a nice cozy condo for our family. The amenities were perfect. Firewood was provided, books, games, puzzles & so much more, owner was responsive to our needs. We will certainly be back.

  We stayed here on a last minute excursion through New Mexico.

  The condo was well stocked and the beds were incredibly comfortable! I love the old cabin vibe it has going for it, feels like home!!
