Family Vacation
3/5 Rental was okay. Bedding and linens are old but usable. Needs a good deep cleaning, doors were dusty, cabinets need a good wipe down.

- A deep cleaning is scheduled with our cleaning service for August 14th.
- New bath linens have been ordered and sent to our property management company.
- We apologize for not catching these concerns sooner, as the cabin had been rented long-term to a family displaced by the 2024 fires and floods, and the turnaround between guests was very quick.

Heavenly Hideaway
5/5 Great location midway between Alto and Ruidoso just off Hwy 48 tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. No fire or mudslides in this area. Spotlessly clean with lots of room and a great deck overlooking trees and a couple of rooftops. Loved throwing chopped apple Vern the deck rail each evening and watching our new deer friend come to eat. Any questions were promptly answered by the owner. Would definitely stay here again

Heavenly Hideaway
5/5 Love the location just up the mountain between Alto and Ruidoso tucked in a quiet neighborhood. No fire or mudslides in this area. We were a senior couple and our dog. Felt like a home away from home. Loved throwing chopped apple over the deck rail each evening and watching our new deer friend come to eat. Any questions we had were quickly answered by the owner. The house is very clean and lots of room with a great deck looking at trees and a few housetops. Would definitely stay here again.
