Lovely Getaway Spot
5/5 My family very much enjoyed our stay here! Close to Ruidoso but away from the traffic and noise. The property was quite large and accommodated my entire family perfectly. The hot tub was a hit and was enjoyed every day, multiple times a day. The only thing I would criticize is there is no TV in the living room area. There are TVs in two of the bedrooms, but sometimes at night we like to watch a family movie. It really wasn't bad and we definitely found other things to occupy our time. The location (next to the highway) wasn't a concern at all. This house is tucked away and out of sight, so I felt completely safe there.

Hot tub filthy, needs curtains
3/5 Beautiful property. Nice amenities. But the hot tub and deck were very dirty and need to be better maintained. Also, we were next door to a camp ground, whose campers were out and about after dark. With no curtains you could see straight into the cabin -- even the bathroom! Views are lovely during the day, but a night you need to be able to cover the windows!

- Rest assured that we have the hot tub serviced and cleaned and the chemicals checked prior to every check-in. We are committed to maintaining a clean and enjoyable experience for all and have passed along your comments to our maintenance crew.
- As for the neighboring (summer) camp situated west of our property, we are separated by a large privacy fence and can't imagine someone seeing it from that distance and through the large/tall fence that separates us. Since your stay, we installed blackout shades behind the curtains in the bedroom on the west side of the cabin. While at some point we would love to replace all of the curtains, there are no bathroom windows that do not have coverings and privacy.
