5/5 This was absolutely the most perfect place for our family of four (2 adults,kids 1112). We loved the pool of course, with a diving board and a deep end, and there were many different seating areas inside and out where we enjoyed activities like, board games, jigsaw puzzle, Lego construction and reading! The 1 level layout with en-suite primary bedroom and a jack and Jill bathroom for the kids was great. It felt like we could all be doing our own thing, and still be together. Vivian was very thoughtful in providing everything guests might need. Kitchen was well stocked, stacked washer and dryer in the kitchen/pantry was very convenient.Lastly, when considering places for our family to stay it always feels like we have to compromise our adult aesthetic and preferences for a kid friendly environment. Hummingbird House is a total exception to that. We fell in love with the design of the house and the mid century furnishings. The art, the accents, even the glassware added touches of character that are often difficult to find in houses that are generically furnished for rental purposes. What a soul-nourishing experience.

Vivian4/5 Super cool home. Comfy and cozy. We enjoyed our stay here. Decent location, mostly quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and check out.FYI there isn't a TV, but there are a few board games and other things to do if you're looking to just lounge around at any point. Thanks for a great stay!
