  Keurig coffee pot made strange noises and did not make very hot coffee. Having to buy the pods is expensive. The towels were fine but could have used wash cloths as well. The beds are very soft so family did not sleep well. The platform bed in the master needs to be retired and is not good for older folks like us who need to get to the bathroom at night. We did not spend much time in the unit except to have breakfast and to sleep.

  - In addition to towels, washcloths, and coffee are provided at the property for your convenience. We’re sorry if there was any confusion about where to locate these items, but we're always available to answer guest questions.
  - The beds, including the platform bed in the master, are new and were chosen for their high quality. We understand mattress firmness is subjective, and we’re sorry they didn’t meet your family’s preferences.
