Missing a number of things from Evolve checklist
3/5 I also have an Evolve rental unit in another town. I chose to use Evolve as a guest, knowing their high standards and knowing what would be supplied. I was disappointed to discover many items from Evolve owner/guest ready checklist missing. I am guessing that the host was unaware of the checklist and hope this review brings them up to parr. Also, the hot tub was broken. It was a huge disappointment.

4/5 The hot tub stopped working the first time we used it and never got a call back about fixing it and a couple of lightbulbs went out but other than that it was great. Thanks for welcoming us into your beautiful home.
A couple of suggestions: provide creamer with your coffee; provide instructions for the fire place; provide laundry soap; provide a dish sponge.
Also the water filter for your refrigerator needs to be changed according to the fridge🤗

5/5 Beautiful home. Great restaurants within minutes of the house. Enjoyed the hot tub on the cool nights. Very clean. Property manager was very responsive with any questions we had.
